"You make people want to join - now the question is whether you step forward as the one who drives, not just the one who holds things together."

Best deployed as

The one who drives change and brings people along - with a mandate, alone time and a Robin who lands what you set in motion.

Entry point

What surfaced during the conversation

When we started talking, I asked you what matters. You mentioned the kids, health, alone time, work and relationships.

But the longer we talked, the clearer it became that those words actually describe something more specific about you.

You told me about the day HMC was moving offices. Everyone else saw the problems. You saw the possibilities - and managed to phrase them in a way that brought people along. Not because you were right. But because you understood what each person needed to hear. It was when you told me about that day that I understood what really drives you.

What you value

Your words - and what they actually mean

The kids

They give you a strong sense of meaning and of being there for someone. They take you a little for granted sometimes - but that's also a sign of a security you built yourself.

Health

Training and movement aren't an external demand - it's how you hold yourself together. If you get to run in the morning, you're a different person the rest of the day.

Alone time

More important than it might sound. Everyone pulls at you - work, home, relationships. Alone time isn't rest. It's the space where your best ideas are born. Without it, you gradually lose your most valuable strength.

Work

Gives you the feeling of being needed and contributing. But deeper, it's about having a mandate, driving your own ideas, trusting yourself in the role. That's where you build your strength.

Relationships

The arena where your ideas come to life - and where trust is given or taken from you. If you notice a lack of trust, you front. You fight to be heard instead of contributing. Energy that leaks the wrong way.

Your compass

Power, Alone time & Relationships

Power

It's not about status or control. For you it's about driving real change - having a goal, formulating the path there and bringing people along. You sometimes describe yourself as the spider in the web, the one who holds things together. But what you're really seeking is to influence the direction, not just hold it together.

Alone time

Not selfishness. Your production space - where you recharge, think your own thoughts, become innovative. You've had too little of it, and you know what it costs you when it's missing: not just in wellbeing, but in the capacity to contribute what's actually your strength.

Relationships

Stretches through your whole life - clients, colleagues, family, friends. The arena where your ideas make an impact. But they require genuine trust to work, not politeness. When it's missing, you spend your energy fighting to be heard instead of contributing.

How they connect: Alone time gives you strength. The strength lets you influence. And it's in the relationships that the influence makes its impact.

Superpower

Seeing the opportunity - and making people want to join

You see the opportunity before others do - and you know how to formulate it so people want to join.

It's not one of these things, it's the combination. Many see opportunities but can't sell them in. Many are good at communicating but don't see what needs to change. You do both. You instinctively adapt how you communicate depending on who you're talking to - not something you trained, something you've always done. You take it for granted. But it's rare.

What it leads to for others: People who were skeptical at first understand why and want to join. Resistance turns into movement. Ideas that would never have happened happen - because you phrased them in a way that landed.

🌑
Kryptonite

Not being listened to

Your kryptonite isn't conflict or hard decisions. It's not being listened to.

If you notice your ability to influence being blocked - that you see what needs to be done but don't get heard - something switches off in you. Not dramatically, but noticeably. You front. You fight to be heard instead of contributing, and in that state you spend energy on the wrong thing. It's also activated by a lack of energy: if you miss movement in the morning, alone time, enough recovery, the strength that makes your superpower work gradually disappears.

The need behind it: You need to feel that what you contribute matters - that you're a necessary part of the whole. Not validation. Being heard. That's an important difference.

🍯
Honey

Movement in the morning

Movement in the morning is your most important ritual. Not training in the usual sense - it's how you reset, think clearly and prepare to be yourself.

Deep conversations where you think together and something new arises. Seeing that an idea you drove through actually had an effect. Being in a meeting where people open up and things happen for real. What fills you up from within is the feeling of making a difference - and getting to see it happen in front of you.

The practical side: Protect the morning. Protect the alone time. It's not a luxury - it's the precondition for you to be who you are at your peak.

🛡️
Your Robin

The one who holds what you set in motion

You build the rocket and make sure it gets out into space. Your Robin makes sure you get back. Not to slow you down - to complement you. They see the aspects you miss when you're moving forward, the risks you drive past, what needs to land.

But your Robin also needs to see you. Not to praise you, but to understand what you contribute. Someone who says: "What you're driving is important, and I'm with you." Your Robin shouldn't be like you - they should be what you're not, and actually appreciate what you are.

🎭
Your Joker

The one who goes against your values - and the environment that suffocates

Your Joker is the one who does things that go against your values and doesn't understand why it's wrong. Not because they're stupid, but because they don't see what you see. It takes disproportionate energy.

But your Joker is also an environment. Environments where you can't move, can't influence, can't breathe - where everything is high and low and nothing flows. Where you don't have time to run in the morning, don't have time to think your own thoughts, don't have time to be Elin. In those environments your superpower disappears - not because it's gone, but because the conditions are missing.

What the Joker tells us: You react strongly when values are violated, because you carry strong values. And you react strongly to a lack of space, because you need space to flourish.

Communication & leadership

How to reach me - and how to help me grow

You thrive most in the meeting - where you can bounce ideas, add input, ask and understand for real. Face-to-face conversations are where you're at your best. It works over the phone, it can work via email, but it's in the live meeting that you really take things in - and contribute the most. Information that's just sent to you without room for dialogue lands worse.

Your best leader gives you trust and mandate. Sets a clear goal but lets you choose the path there, and shows - not with words but with action - that they believe in your ability. What you can't stand is a leader who blocks your ability to influence, who micromanages, who doesn't listen to your input.

If you lead me: Give me a goal and the trust to reach it my way. Involve me early - not when the decisions are already made. See what I actually contribute, not just what shows on the outside.

What made me curious

What stays with me after our conversations is how clear it is that you're in the middle of shifting - from describing yourself as the one who holds things together, to starting to own the picture of yourself as the one who drives.

It's a shift that's more important than you might realize. I think the key to completing it is about the alone time - protecting it, not compromising it away - because that's where you charge what makes power actually become power.

Your compass points toward contexts where you get to drive real change, have time and space for yourself to think and create, and are surrounded by relationships where the trust is genuine.

Future roles · resource planning

Where you create the most value next

A Hero Profile isn't just a description of the present - it's a basis for resource planning. Based on your drivers and your superpower, there are three directions where you would flourish, and just as important: one where you shouldn't be placed.

Change or operations lead

Driving real change and bringing people along is your superpower, plain and simple. In a role where direction needs to be set and anchored, you step forward as the one who drives, not just holds things together.

Business or operations developer

You see the opportunity before others and formulate the path there so resistance becomes movement. Where ideas need to become reality, you make a difference.

Leader or manager with a mandate

What you seek is to influence the direction - not status, but impact. A role with a mandate and genuine trust suits you. Condition: pair with a Robin who lands and holds what you set in motion.

Develop to grow into the next role: protect the alone time that charges your strength, own the picture of yourself as the one who drives, and put your energy into contributing instead of fighting to be heard.

Don't place yourself in: environments that suffocate - where you can't influence, move or breathe - or micromanaged roles where you're only meant to hold things together without a mandate to drive. That's when your superpower disappears.

Where AI can offload - and amplify

More time for what you're best at

AI can offload: coordination, administration, follow-ups and all the "spider in the web" work - exactly what takes time away from actually driving.

AI can amplify: by handling what holds things together, it frees up your time to drive change and be in the meeting - what you're best at. An AI assistant that knows your profile can also handle the coordination so you can protect your alone time, where your power is charged.
