My career spans across talent management, leadership development, operations, sustainability and organisational transformation – across multiple global markets. I have held positions in national and global leadership teams, in matrix organisations and start-up environments, with full P&L responsibility throughout. A common thread: I always maximise what’s already in place before bringing in something new.
My approach is always the same: get people to understand why change is needed, what it means in practice, and how everyone can play a part – starting with the strengths already at hand. I don’t wait for the path to be clear – I help create it.
I adapt my communication style and leadership approach to whoever is in front of me – from board level to frontline teams. I don’t separate the attractiveness of a workplace from the attractiveness of a brand to customers: it is all one thing, building something people want to be part of. I see opportunity in every interaction – in networking, in client relationships, and in always being the strongest ambassador for the organisation I represent.
An early adopter of technology and a natural people-reader, I combine digital tools with human intuition. My global experience – seven years based in France and Monaco, daily cross-timezone collaboration – has taught me that availability, patience and cultural sensitivity are what turn opportunities into lasting partnerships.
